The Frederick Apple Core meets the second Saturday of each month from 10 AM to Noon at the Walkersville United Methodist Church. Users of Apple products (Macintosh, iPhone, iPod, iPad, etc.) are invited to attend. Club business, new developments, as well as user problems and solutions will be discussed. In addition to our general meetings, we have special events, including a swap meet and picnic  held with the Cumberland Valley Apple Users Group, and an annual “freecycle” event.

The Walkersville United Methodist Church is located at 22 Main St. in Walkersville, MD. For directions, CLICK HERE.

Our meetings are open to the public and we welcome anyone interested in attending.

February 9, 2019

Our meeting will be in the first floor library of the church, in the hallway between the church and the hall.  We will postpone our usual Freecycle event to March when we return to Georgetown Hall.

Our focus at the meeting will be enjoying an open agenda. If you are contemplating a MacBook, MacBook Air or MacBook Pro purchase, or if you have done so since 2016, we can discuss the keyboard experience that Apple’s changes since 2015 have brought about.

There is always a Q&A section to the meeting where you can bring your questions.
